Shipping and returns
Normally the shipment takes a period of 2-5 working days from the date of shipment of the package. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be extended.
Shipments are made ONLY from Monday to Friday.
The cost of shipping in Italy is €4.60 for each order. Shipping is FREE for amounts greater than € 65.00 for each order. Returns are free within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping in Italy is carried out by SDA.
WHERE IT IS DELIVERED
It is delivered throughout Italy with the exception of Livigno and Campione D'Italia.
WHERE TO FIND YOUR PACKAGE:
There are two ways to find out where your package is:
WITH A REGISTERED ACCOUNT
Through your account: Access your account on www.amelie.it, enter the "My orders" section. You will be able to see the processing status of your order: Pending, Processing, Completed. Also, once we add the Tracking code it will always be displayed in "My Orders" within your account.
By email: You will receive an email once you have entered the Shipping Tracking code.
WITHOUT A REGISTERED ACCOUNT
In the menu below, click on the item "Track my package", enter the order ID (which you will find in the confirmation email) and enter the email address with which the order was placed. Then click on “Track” to see the data.
If you do not receive the goods within ten working days from the shipping confirmation email, notify our Customer Service via our email address or by calling + 39 3356227578.
If the purchase was successful, you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email.
When your package is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email from which you can track your order.
To speed up deliveries in the Italian territory, for orders consisting of two or more items, multiple shipments could be provided. You will receive a confirmation email with the relative traceability link for each of them.
The SDA courier will take care of the delivery which will be FREE for purchase amounts greater than € 60.00 for each order. For smaller amounts, the shipping cost in Italy is €5.00 for each order.
For orders with payment on delivery, each package will contain a receipt and must be paid separately with the amount relating to the items contained in each of them. For those paid by credit card or PayPal, the charge will be automatic.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You can return any purchase for free:
Send the request by filling in the required fields on the contact page. You will receive update notifications from Customer Service.
The returned goods must be returned, intact, within and no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the same (for this purpose the date written on the courier's waybill delivered to the buyer together with the goods will prevail) to the following address:
